The borough had a number of small cities and towns to look after and needed a depth of surveillance and incident reporting beyond what their current system offered.  They came to icomply with a problem and outlined what they would like to achieve within their control room in terms of day to day operations, and we advised them of the technology they’d need in order to put these methods into practice.
