Employees from icomply tore up the turf at the 2013 Leeds Abbey Dash last month, raising an impressive £215 for for Age UK. Managing Director, Hugh Barker was one of five on the icomply team and managed to finish ahead of his colleagues, crossing the 10k finishing line in only 55 minutes – not that he’s known for being particularly competitive!

He is, however, very proud of the icomply team for running and raising money for a cause which is rather close to his heart.

The Abbey Dash was the biggest and best attended yet, drawing 12,000 runners and support from all over the city.  The run got under way on Wellington Street and went on toward Kirkstall Abbey, while a junior 2k run was held for children who also wanted to raise money for the charity.
