icomply, developers of the V-TAS Pro integration platform and finalists at the Security Excellence Awards 2012, have announced a technology integration partnership with Tecton.

One of only a few British CCTV manufacturers, Tecton, based in Hampshire, designs and builds innovative and robust equipment, with an emphasis on low power design combined with the highest picture quality.

Under the technology partnership, icomply has committed to fully integrating Tecton’s full range of DVR’s and NVR’s into the V-TAS Pro PSIM software platform.  The benefit to system operators will be the ability to seamlessly control the Tecton product range, through the extremely user-friendly V-TAS Pro software.

Hugh Barker, icomply’s Managing Director said: “The Tecton product range complements the open platform integration philosophy that we actively promote at icomply.  From DVR’s and NVR’s, to IP and HD cameras,  icomply has integrated products from over 100 equipment manufacturers into the V-TAS Pro open software platform. The addition of Tecton to the fold will be very welcome.”

Chris Hall, founder and Managing Director of Tecton commented: “It became clear to us some time ago that we share many customers with icomply, and that those customers could greatly benefit from full integration between our respective products. It was a pleasure to be able to work with another British company, to deliver a more effective solution to our customer base.”

icomply will be expanding its portfolio of equipment manufacturers over the coming months, to further accommodate customers who wish to fully integrate security applications into the V-TAS Pro PSIM software platform.
