This year a team from icomply are running the Leeds Age UK 10K Abbey Dash. The race is on 17th November and starts in Leeds city centre.
The icomply team decided back in the summer that they would support the Age UK Abbey Dash. Since they they’ve been training hard and are aiming to complete the race in good time.
Hugh Barker, MD icomply commented “The Abbey Dash is one of my favourite races. Its flat and fast and that always means you end up nudging personal best times. The atmosphere is great – there’s a genuine sense of excitement as the crowds begin to gather. Getting a corporate team together is a lot of fun – although I will inevitably be the one that everyone is laughing at. Age UK is a particularly pertinent charity this year for me personally to be able to raise some money for too – please help us reach our target by having a look at our Virgin Money Giving Page and donating generously.
